Delivery Policy

At Albert’s Furniture, we strive to make your delivery experience seamless and stress-free. To cater to different needs, we offer three distinct delivery services: Threshold Delivery, Standard Delivery, and Full-Service White Glove Delivery. Below is an overview of each service, including pricing and details about what is included.

1. Threshold Delivery – $70

Threshold Delivery is our most basic delivery option, ideal for customers who prefer to handle setup and assembly on their own.

What’s Included:

  • Delivery of your furniture to your front door or garage.
  • Careful handling to ensure your furniture arrives in pristine condition.
  • No setup or assembly services included.

Important to Note:

  • This service is for ground-level delivery only.

2. Standard Delivery – $130

Standard Delivery provides added convenience by including basic setup and assembly for your new furniture.

What’s Included:

  • Delivery of furniture into the room of your choice.
  • Basic assembly and setup of the items purchased.
  • Placement of furniture as instructed by the customer.

Important to Note:

  • Our team will not move or remove old furniture as part of this service.

3. Full-Service White Glove Delivery – $250

Our premium Full-Service White Glove Delivery offers the ultimate convenience and luxury, ensuring that everything is handled professionally from start to finish.

What’s Included:

  • Delivery into the room of your choice.
  • Full assembly, setup, and installation of your furniture.
  • Removal of all packaging materials.
  • Placement and minor adjustments to furniture as per your instructions.
  • We will wear shoe covers before entering your home.

Important to Note:

  • Our team will ensure everything is picture-perfect before leaving.

What to Expect for Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following guidelines and prepare your home accordingly:

1. Clear the Room

  • The room where the furniture will be placed must be cleared of any existing furniture or personal belongings before our delivery team arrives.
  • This includes ensuring there is adequate space for assembly and setup.

2. Prepare Pathways

  • Ensure all pathways leading to the delivery area are clear of obstacles.
  • During winter months, please shovel and salt any icy or snowy paths to ensure the safety of our team and your furniture.

3. Direct Point of Contact

  • A person over the age of 18 must be present at the delivery address to receive the furniture.
  • This individual should be prepared to –

Provide access to the delivery team.
Confirm the furniture placement and provide instructions for setup (if applicable).

4. Other Considerations

  • Measure doorways, staircases, and hallways to ensure your new furniture can fit into the designated space.
  • If there are any special instructions, please notify us in advance to avoid delays.
  • Keep pets and small children away from the delivery area during the delivery and setup process for safety reasons.
  • Customer chooses the delivery date (based on availbillity). Once a date is chosen we will provide you with a 4-6 hour time frame.
  • Albert’s Furniture will cut that time window down to a two hour window the morning of the proposed delivery.
